Customer Experience Manager


Customer Experience Manager is responsible for an eye to eye, online communication and overall customers' experience quality. 

  • Provide customers with high standard service in general

  • Meet and greet guests of BDB

  • Answer phone calls and messages. Make appointments through messages, phone calls and e-mails

  • Operate Blow Dry Bar’s registration software

  • Answer queries about BDB-s services, charges, facilities and products available in store

  • Accept payments

  • Offer hot drinks and refreshments to customers

  • Ensure customer is happy and comfortable by offering additional assistance, such as taking her coat, ordering a taxi, providing magazines, helping with baby and other

  • Resolve complaints and provide suggestions

  • Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift

  • Make sure the space is always clean and neat

  • Work with distributors and business-partners. Manage stocks

  • Planning purchases and housekeeping process

Skills and competences
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages both oral and written

  • Education in Service, Business, Economics, Communication, Foreign languages or related field

  • Experience in Service, Retail and Hospitality field is a plus

  • Advanced computer user

  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines

  • Team working and Positive attitude, helpfulness, fast learning, initiative taker and well organized person

  • Strong interest in beauty and fashion industry
